Construction Law
Biedermann Hoenig Semprevivo handles construction law matters on behalf of subcontractors, contractors, construction managers, building owners, consultants, engineers, suppliers and architects.

We have represented building owners in a variety of contexts, including subrogated matters, cross-claims and third-party actions, involving accidents, contracts and defective building construction and design, in both federal and state courts. We have additionally defended contractors in commercial disputes; subrogated claims for contractors on behalf of insurers and self-insurers; defended and prosecuted property losses and contractual indemnities between contractors; represented insurers in insurance coverage disputes involving construction claims; and defended corporations in claims involving compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Rehabilitation Act.

Further, our firm regularly negotiates contractual agreements for contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects et al. relating to construction projects and in this capacity, uniquely understands the matters frequently litigated between parties to construction agreements.
