Employment/Labor Practices

Our firm regularly counsels and defends clients in a wide range of Employment Practices Liability matters.

Involving statutory and regulatory compliance, employment discrimination and harassment, wage and hour compliance, employment policies and practices, reasonable accommodations, leave of absence management, terminations and disciplinary actions, and a variety of other workplace issues.  We represent employers in state and federal courts, alternative dispute resolution forums, and before administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Additionally, our firm routinely drafts employment policies and employee handbooks, and develops and presents training programs for managers and staff regarding workplace law.
