Nicole is an experienced litigator who specializes in products liability, mass tort litigation, insurance coverage disputes, aviation, and general liability litigation. Nicole’s practice is focused on the defense of consumer, pharmaceutical, and medical device manufacturers, distributors, and retailers nationwide, at both the state and federal level.  Nicole works closely with her clients on claims challenging the safety and effectiveness of products, violations of state or federal safety standards, product recalls, and clinical trials. Nicole also has experience in advising national and international product manufacturers of U.S. federal and state safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance with proper labeling instructions and warnings.

Nicole has been involved in some of the highest profile mass tort litigations in the country, including federal multidistrict litigation (MDL) proceedings such as Zantac, Opioid/OxyContin, Valsartan, IVC Filter, Yaz/Yasmin, NuvaRing, Mirapex, and the World Trade Center litigation.  She is also involved in representing the interests of international insurers by resolving mass tort litigation claims, acting as coverage counsel, and monitoring litigation for excess insurers. Nicole has experience with both U.S. and International insurance coverage arbitrations. Nicole’s aviation experience includes the defense of aircraft manufacturers, owners, maintenance facilities, and ground handling corporations.
