Joseph focuses his practice on representing international and domestic consumer products manufacturers and distributors in complex, high-exposure products liability matters. He has successfully defended against claims alleging catastrophic bodily injury and high-value property damage. Joseph also represents and advises clients in a wide variety of civil litigation, including contract disputes, general liability, premises liability, labor and employment, subrogation, and insurance coverage issues. Joseph is a former judicial intern for the Honorable Cathy Seibel, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to law school, Joseph worked as a compliance officer for a retail foreign exchange dealer located in New York City.
