Keith is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on automobile litigation and warranty defense.

He has several years of experience representing European automakers in consumer class actions, products liability and dealer lawsuits, specializing in motion practice, e-discovery, data analysis, the Hague Conventions and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Keith has also represented banks in residential mortgage-backed securities litigation and has defended various pharmaceutical concerns in shareholder actions and toxic tort cases. Additionally, he has some corporate experience within the private equity fund finance space, particularly in representing borrowers in subscription loan agreement negotiations and closings.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Keith worked as a private investigator on behalf of several major auto and P&C insurance carriers, conducting accident investigations and providing trial support to defense counsel in personal injury cases. After obtaining his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law, he earned his LL.M. (magna cum laude) in Zivilrecht at Humboldt Universität in Berlin, Germany.
