Biography

Over the course of a nearly 30-year career, Richard has developed broad experience in tort litigation.

Richard has successfully handled numerous mediations, arbitrations and jury trials, obtaining favorable decisions and verdicts on behalf of his clients in high value cases involving seven-figure exposure. He appears regularly in the state and federal courts of New York and Connecticut and has successfully argued appeals before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York.

Richard has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Trial Attorneys and Litigators by the National Trial Lawyers and American Society of Legal Advocates.  He has also received a “Distinguished” peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbel which recognizes high professional achievement and ethical standards.
