Biography

Jennifer’s practice encompasses a range of civil litigation matters such as claims of negligence and premises liability.

Prior to joining BHS, Jennifer practiced at a regional firm where she handled the defense of personal injury and property damage actions including motor vehicle accident, premises liability, and construction defect claims. She also litigated insurance coverage actions and advised on coverage-related matters and policy disputes.

Jennifer graduated from New York Law School. During law school Jennifer interned at the Brooklyn Volunteers Lawyers Project representing low-income homeowners at their administrative hearings for Department of Building violations. Jennifer also interned at the New York State Office of Court Administration in Policy and Planning working with the Chief Counsel overseeing all of domestic violence related courts in New York and researching policy initiatives in the area of family violence.
