Dimitar focuses his practice on the defense of corporations and institutions in a variety of civil litigation matters.

Prior to joining BHS, Dimitar worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Richmond County District Attorney’s office where he prosecuted criminal cases from inception to disposition. Dimitar is a former judicial intern for the Honorable Kelly O’Neill Levy, New York Supreme Court. Dimitar is also a former legal intern at the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association of the City of New York.

While attending Fordham University School of Law, Dimitar worked as a Contracts Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant for the University.
