Dennis represents corporations and institutions in a variety of matters. Prior to joining the firm, Dennis worked at a boutique tax certiorari law firm where he regularly represented individual and corporate clients before the New York City Tax Commission. Dennis also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Karina Alomar of the New York Supreme Court 11th Judicial District. 

While attending law school Dennis worked as a research assistant, served as a Senior Staff Editor for the Journal of Law and Modern Critical Race Perspectives, and was an active member of his school’s Latin American Law Student Association
