Biography
Abir represents corporations and institutions in a variety of litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Abir worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where he was responsible for the prosecution of hundreds of cases, including violent felonies such as gun possession cases, robberies, burglaries, and assaults.
Prior to joining the Bronx District Attorney, Abir interned with the Office of the New York Attorney General, the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, and with the Honorable Erika Edwards of the New York County Supreme Court.
While attending St. John’s University School of Law, Abir competed with the Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute, the school’s mock trial team.
