Joseph Kim
Biography
Joseph Kim focuses his practice on a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters, including products liability, contract disputes, general liability, premises liability, labor and employment, and insurance coverage. Mr. Kim is a former judicial intern for the Honorable Cathy Seibel, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to law school, Mr. Kim worked as a compliance officer for a retail foreign exchange dealer located in New York City, where he specialized in compliance with NFA and CFTC regulations and implemented anti-money laundering, anti-fraud, and anti-abusive trading systems.
