Alex Green represents corporations, trusts, non-profits, and individuals in various civil litigation settings in New York and Massachusetts. His areas of practice include product liability, toxic torts, environmental, personal injury, insurance coverage, appeals, and other litigation.
Mr. Green began his career representing financial institutions and tech companies in securities and anti-trust matters. Prior to joining Biedermann Hoenig Semprevivo, he was a partner at a mid-sized litigation firm in Manhattan, where he focused on defense-side personal injury and asbestos litigation. There, he secured a record-setting $57.75 million remittitur and a further $6.85 million remittitur before the First Department. Mr. Green also assisted with litigation relating to employee stock ownership plans, including a case brought by the United States Secretary of Labor that resulted in a defense verdict. He was named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers in 2020 and 2021.
